Code of Corporate Governance

By corporate governance we mean the way companies are managed and controlled. In the words of the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, the international benchmark, corporate governance involves a set of relationships between a company's management, its board, its shareholders and other stakeholders. Corporate governance also provides the structure by which the objectives of the company can be discussed and set, the key risks that the company faces identified, the means of attaining the corporate objectives determined and management's performance in respect thereof monitored.

OPAP S.A. fully complies with the applicable legal framework on corporate governance and with international best practice.
