OPAP’s Wishing Ornaments grants smiles to children from 2014

Together, we have given life to over 67.000 children’s drawings

Since 2014, “OPAP Wishing Ornaments” share smiles to children in need. Through the “Wishing Ornaments” initiative, OPAP stands by the side of NGOs across Greece that support children in real need. The key objective of this initiative is to make everyone part of a bigger effort, through the realization of simple children wishes, during Christmas time.

This big and lively celebration of giving back continues with the realization of infrastructure works that support the participating NGOs, with the key objective of substantially improving the living conditions of the children.

Thousands of people have embraced OPAP’s Christmas initiative over the years. OPAP's initiative, embraced by thousands of our fellow citizens in the previous years, has given to-date over 67.000 children smiles, by making their wishes come true, resulting in the implementation of 50 infrastructure works to the participating bodies all over Greece. This year more projects that support the operation of the participating institutions are going to be implemented and in particular will support the upgrade of KIDS ONLY multi-purpose education & information center for children in Agia Paraskevi for THE SMILE OF THE CHILD and the upgrade of the digital center of entity MERIMNA for TOGETHER FOR CHILDREN.
