Who can apply for the Allwyn Graduate Trainee Program?
The program is open to recent Master's graduates (or graduates of integrated Master's programs) and soon-to-be graduates, with up to two years work experience in any business-related field. BA’s and Master's degrees from both Greek and international universities are accepted. Applicants must be eligible to work in Greece at the time of application.
As the program is designed to help participants build expertise in high-demand fields, your academic background, skills, and interests should align with one of our available opportunities, including Software Development, AI Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, CRM, Communications and Product Marketing.
Where applicable, applicants should have fulfilled their military obligations or be eligible to defer military service for at least three years.
I am still completing my Master's degree. Can I apply?
Yes. You can apply if you are still completing your Master's degree, provided you have successfully completed your studies by the end of 2026, before the program starts in January 2027. You do not need to have formally graduated yet, but you will be asked to provide proof of completion of your studies.
Why is a Master's degree required, and what if my degree doesn't exactly match one of the roles?
This program is designed for recent Master's graduates who want to build expertise in a specialist field. While each stream has recommended academic backgrounds, we understand that great candidates come from different disciplines. If you believe your studies, skills and interests are a good match for a stream, we'd love to hear from you.
Do I need previous work experience?
No. The program is designed for early-career professionals with 0–2 years of work experience in any business-related field. While prior experience in a similar field can be an advantage, it's not a requirement. Internships, part-time jobs, student projects, volunteering, and other experiences that helped you develop relevant skills are also valuable and will be taken into consideration.
Can I apply for more than one Role or more than one Stream?
We recommend applying to the one Role and that best matches your academic background, skills and career interests. Each of our Roles in our three Streams—Technology, Commercial, and Data Science & Analytics—offers different career opportunities, including Software Development, AI Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, CRM, Communications and Product Marketing
If we identify a stronger match between your profile and another role or Stream, our Talent Acquisition team may recommend an alternative opportunity during the selection process.
I applied online and haven't heard back. Have I been unsuccessful?
Not necessarily. We carefully review every application and aim to keep candidates informed throughout the process. If you haven't heard from us yet, your application is likely still under review.
As applications remain open until 30 September, some stages of the selection process may take time. While there may be occasional delays due to the volume of applications, we are committed to ensuring that every candidate receives an update from our team.
Do I need to be located in Athens? Is relocation required?
The program is based in Athens, Greece. We offer a flexible hybrid working model that combines working from home and from the office. However, on office days, you will be expected to work from our headquarters in Athens.
What makes the Allwyn Rockets Graduate Trainee Program different?
Unlike many graduate programs, you'll join a specific career track and start building deep expertise in your chosen field from the beginning.
At the same time, you'll gain exposure to different teams, projects, and stakeholders across the business through targeted rotations, helping you understand how Allwyn Hellas works, build a strong internal network, and develop the collaboration skills needed to make an impact.
Whether you join the Technology, Commercial or Data Science & Analytics stream, you'll graduate from the program with specialist expertise, broad business understanding, and a network that will support your career for years to come.
How many positions are available?
The program offers 10 Graduate Trainee positions across our Technology, Commercial and Data Science & Analytics Streams. Candidates will be selected through a competitive recruitment process, including application review, assessments, and interviews.
What will I be doing during the program?
The program combines structured learning with real, hands-on experience. You'll start by getting to know the business, meeting key stakeholders, and building the foundations you need to succeed.
Next, you'll join your host team, where you'll work alongside experienced colleagues, contribute to real projects, and deepen your expertise in your chosen field from day one. Throughout the program, you'll receive ongoing guidance and opportunities to grow.
To wrap up your journey, you'll lead your own project and present your achievements at the end of the program.
What happens after the program ends?
The program starts in January 2027 and lasts 15 months. It is designed to build a pipeline of future professionals for Allwyn Hellas, and our goal is for Graduate Trainees to continue their careers with us.
Successful completion of the program may lead to a permanent role, depending on business needs, individual performance and development progress throughout the program.
